Dr. Fevzullah Bilgin

Dr. Fevzullah Bilgin is an education leader and academic specializing in management, human resources, and organizational development. With more than twenty years of experience across teaching, school leadership, and strategic educational management, he currently serves as the Managing Director of Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC), a prominent network of private schools with multiple campuses across Nigeria. His leadership focuses on strengthening institutional culture, enhancing instructional quality, and developing ethical, student-centered educational environments.
He holds a PhD in Management and Business Administration from International Burch University, where his research examined the roles of HRM practices, ethical climate, and dynamic capabilities in shaping competitive advantage in private schools. His scholarly work, published in Scopus-indexed journals, explores service quality, organizational commitment, leadership, knowledge creation, and performance systems in educational institutions. He maintains an active research agenda and collaborates widely with academics and practitioners across Africa, Europe, and the United States.
Beyond his academic contributions, Dr. Bilgin is actively engaged in interfaith dialogue, community peacebuilding, and educational diplomacy. He frequently speaks at international conferences on ethics, coexistence, and the role of education in fostering social harmony. He co-authors a forthcoming book on comparative economic teachings in the Bible and the Qur’an, and he regularly contributes to training programs for school leaders, teachers, and civil society organizations.
Dr. Bilgin also participates in global initiatives related to ethics, immigration, social justice, and youth development. His work emphasizes compassionate leadership, intercultural understanding, and the transformative potential of education in building peaceful and resilient communities. He brings a perspective shaped by lived experience, academic rigor, and long-standing commitment to developing institutions that serve the common good.
