Talant Asan uulu is an Associate Professor and Director of the Business Administration program at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. With a PhD focused on higher education ranking systems, his career centers on improving the quality of education and institutional effectiveness in the region. He previously served as Head of the Management Department and Director of the Department of Education and Quality Management at Ala-Too International University, where he led major academic reforms and quality assurance initiatives.

Dr. Asan uulu has consistently contributed to the discourse on educational excellence, both nationally and internationally. As Director of the IT & Business School at AIU, he developed programs tailored to market needs, emphasizing employability and practical skills. He is a regular presenter at academic conferences on topics ranging from marketing strategies for universities to educational collaboration and reform in post-Soviet and transition economies. His participation in AACSB seminars, Erasmus+ cooperation programs, and other global forums reflects his dedication to aligning local education systems with international quality standards.

Dr. Asan uulu has published extensively on the development of private higher education, the financial sustainability of universities, and innovative models for future academic institutions in Kyrgyzstan. His multilingual skills in Kyrgyz, Russian, English, and Turkish support his regional and international collaborations. Through his academic work, leadership roles, and research, he remains deeply committed to advancing the quality, relevance, and global integration of higher education in Central Asia.
